Don't worry you look great. A simple mirror with an agenda.
This piece was donated to the Mattress Factory for their annual garden party and silent auction fundraiser, and acquired by a private collection.
This mirror is a playful and dynamic object. At first glance it is just a mirror, mounted to an ornate dish with some electronics visible. Motion sensors look for motion in front of and to the left and right. When a person approaches the mirror to look at themsleves, the mirror immediately turns away from them, which renders the mirror useless in it's usual utility. This paradox hopefully pushes the viewer to consider something about the object, their relationship to it, or might just simply make someone smile.
