Solid Grass

An exploration in materials. Objects are only as good as the stuff they're sculpted from. What does the design of a material mean to the design of an object? For this project I developed a process to create a solid and shapable block of grass by embedding it in resin. Possible application include jewelry, homewares, veneer/trim, and consumer products.
